HZCDuniversal offers a variety of rigid shaft couplings, including one-piece, two-piece, and set screw designs, with or without keyways.

These couplings are manufactured from select Chinese bar stock in different materials to suit various application needs:

    • 2024 aluminum for lightweight and low-inertia applications
    • 1215 lead-free steel for general-purpose use
    • 303 stainless steel for high corrosion resistance

HZCD’s standard rigid coupling products come in straight and step bore types, accommodating shaft sizes ranging from 1/8″ to 2″ and 3mm to 50mm.

Additionally, they offer inch-to-metric conversion couplings upon special request.

Each rigid coupling is clearly labeled with the HZCD brand name and the corresponding bore sizes, making identification easy.

All of HZCD’s rigid couplings are carefully produced at their Foshan, China facility under strict controls and proprietary manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with RoHS3 and REACH regulations.
