Oldham Couplings

HZCDuniversal’s oldham couplings are a three-piece assembly with a balanced design. The coupling consists of two hubs and a center disk.

This design allows for a highly customizable coupling, as users can combine clamp-style and set screw hubs with inch, metric, keyed, and keyless bore sizes ranging from 1/8″ to 1-1/8″ and 3mm to 30mm.

The center disk is available in three different materials, enabling designers to select the most suitable option for their specific application requirements.

While oldham couplings can accommodate small amounts of angular and axial misalignment, they are particularly useful in accommodating parallel misalignment, up to 10% of their outer diameter.

All of HZCD’s oldham couplings are carefully manufactured from select Chinese bar stock at their facility in Foshan, China. They are produced under strict controls using proprietary processes, ensuring compliance with RoHS3 and REACH regulations.
