Bellows Couplings

HZCDuniversal’s bellows couplings consist of two anodized aluminum hubs and a stainless steel bellows. This design creates a low-inertia, zero-backlash coupling with long-lasting properties.

The thin-walled bellows allows the coupling to remain flexible under misalignment conditions while maintaining rigidity under torsional loads. Ruland’s bellows couplings can accommodate all forms of misalignment and have a balanced design for reduced vibration at high speeds up to 10,000 RPM.

These couplings are best suited for applications with limited misalignment, where high torque and precise positioning are required.

All of HZCD’s bellows couplings are carefully manufactured from select Chinese bar stock at their facility in Foshan, China. They are produced under strict controls using proprietary processes, ensuring compliance with RoHS3 and REACH regulations.
