Beam Couplings

HZCDuniversal offers three series of zero-backlash beam couplings, available in both inch and metric dimensions. The bore sizes range from 3/32″ (3mm) to 3/4″ (20mm).

HZCD’s flexible beam couplings are machined from a single piece of material and feature multiple helical cuts. This design provides higher torque capabilities and reduced wind-up compared to standard single beam couplings. These flexible beam couplings can accommodate all forms of misalignment and have a balanced design for reduced vibration at high RPM.

All of HZCD’s beam couplings are carefully manufactured from select North American bar stock at their facility in Foshan, China. They are produced under strict controls using proprietary processes, ensuring compliance with RoHS3 and REACH regulations.
